FAQs

Do you have a physical store?

While we don’t have a physical store location, we’re always open and ready to assist you online! You can reach out to us at any time through our contact numbers provided on the website. Whether you have a question, need assistance, or simply want to chat about our recycling process, we’re here to help.

In addition, we’re active on various social media platforms. Feel free to send us a message, leave a comment, or engage with our posts. We love to hear from our community and are always eager to respond to your queries and feedback.

Do you have any guides on recycling?

Certainly! While we, at Restore, specialize in mechanical recycling of plastics, we understand the importance of a comprehensive approach to recycling. As a responsible consumer, it’s crucial to know what can be recycled and how to prepare items for recycling properly.

Currently, we are accepting flexible plastic- sachet, e-commerce pouch, and PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles. Flexible plastic includes items like plastic bags, shrink wrap, and bubble wrap. PET bottles are typically used for drinks, cooking oil, and other food products.

Before you send your plastic waste to us, please ensure that it’s clean and dry. Dirty or wet plastic can contaminate the recycling process, reducing the quality of the end product. So, rinse out those bottles, dry off the plastic bags, and make sure everything is as clean as possible.

Are your products safe?

Our products are crafted with care and safety in mind. However, it’s important to note that while they are safe for general use, they are not currently rated as food-grade safe. This means that while our products are excellent for a variety of uses, they should not be used for storing or serving food.

We’re also committed to minimizing the environmental impact of our products. One of our ongoing projects is focused on the study and management of microplastics. These tiny particles can sometimes be a byproduct of the plastic recycling process, and they have the potential to harm aquatic ecosystems if they enter water bodies.

We are actively researching methods to completely eliminate the creation of microplastics during our processing stages. While this is a complex challenge, we are dedicated to finding a solution. This is part of our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

So, you can feel good about using our products, knowing that they are safe and that we are doing our utmost to minimize their environmental footprint.
